方案2.前3年溢价,以后普通续费;
方案3.前5年溢价,以后普通续费;
方案4.一次性买断(3-5年溢价),以后普通续费:
方案5.溢价域名续费相对较低的续费,比如188元,(案例:win/party/loan/date/bid/men/faith/trade)
方案6.活动期间,续费2年送1年;续费3年送2年;
方案7.通过谈判,确定方案;
为了说明上述方案的合理性,我们希望donuts注册局关注以下重要数据:
关于方案1.我们不得不提醒甜甜圈注册局:top/cn.com/club/tv/vip/ 溢价域名都是按普通域名续费价格进行续费。
如果,甜甜圈把部分后缀也采取这种模式,会大大增强甜甜圈后缀的市场接受度和影响力。从而带动其他
未采取方案1的后缀共同打开市场!
如果,甜甜圈注册局认为自己的溢价域名首年不是很高的价位,甜甜圈可以考虑方案2/3/4
这几个方案可以让甜甜圈公司既得到了应有的利润,也同时让利给了溢价域名投资人,这是一个双赢的方案。
关于方案6.搞优惠活动,让续费几年的能够免除相应的续费年限。这也是一种变通方案。但这种方案依然有不确定
因素,注册局会几年后又遇到类似问题。
如果,甜甜圈注册局有自己的方案,我们也希望注册局尽快拿出来,让投资人选择、协商。但时间必须很快!因为
续费高潮期7月份已经来临。注册局必须尽快出台政策和落地!
同时,我们不得不强调:
一、高溢价会葬送甜甜圈域名的投资热情,注册量下降,市场占有率进一步缩小。
在xyz几乎免费,radix后缀普遍降价,bid/win都只要9元续费的米市寒冬,这不但是第1年的差距。这将让甜甜圈一步
输,步步输!没有第1年的战略空间,何谈未来?单价高而数量少,注册局的利益同样是得不到保证的!
二、没有投资人的参与,终端应用不足以养活注册局的成本支出。
至少在新顶级域名还远未被市场接受的前几年。更是如此。中国域名投资人本质上是注册局的合伙人。如果注册局只
关心自己碗里,那风险必然只能由注册局自己一个人承担。这是非常糟糕的投资策略。
三、中国终端(也包括其他市场)都已经习惯于续费普通价格,续费溢价影响终端采用。
这必然阻止了他们对于甜甜圈域名的使用兴趣与动力。如果再不优惠投资者,那么注册局只能投资更多的钱用于宣传

四、1000多个后缀竞争,没有优势不能生存。

We are Chinese investors for premium domains.in the winter of domain market in China,we call
on you to carry out the promotion policy for premium domains asap.to slash down the renewal price
and adjust the whole premium domains policy!
We are not the investors who only care own self interests,but we need your quick response and
action.since June 5th new Gtld closing meeting in GDS in hangzhou,we have kept waiting for
promotional policy for renewal.one month passed,we found nothing happened.we are very concerned.
according to many advices from chinese investors.we surggest the promotion programme for your
reference and choices:
programme 1: first year premium price;the rest standard price
(examples: top/club/vip cn.com/tv)
programme 2:first three years premium price;the rest standard price
programme 3: first five years premium price;the rest standard price
programme 4: one time buyouts(equal to 3-5 years primium price);the rest standard price
programme 5: the renewal price is just little above the standard price,such as win/party/loan/
date/bid/men/faith/trade.the price is about rmb188 per year
programme 6: promotion period,two premium renewal one year free;or three premium renewal two
year free.
programme 7:new renewal policy by negotiation
in order to clarify the above programmes reasonable,we hope you focus on the following data:
for programme 1,we have to remind you that: top/club/vip/cn.com/tv premium domains are all renewed
in standard prices. if donuts adopt similar policy for some suffixes.it will boost donust acceptance
and influence in the market.in that way the other Donuts suffixes would benefit in the marketing.
if donuts think their primium domains for first year is not so expensive,donuts could think about
the other programme 2,3 and 4.these programmes would help donuts and investors have a win win
results.it not only protects donuts profit but the investors also.
for programme 6,promotion is a workaround.renewal for several years could have a certain years
of free payment.this programme is uncertain in the future.
if donuts has his own programme,we hope this could be carrid out asap for investors to choose or
coodinate with your side.but the renewal time is coming in JULY.registry must be quick.
in the meantime,we have to emphasize as follows:
1、high premium renewal price would Reduce enthusiasm for donuts domains investment.registering
quantity would be lower,the market share would be samller.
nowdays,xyz is almost free,radix has cut down the renewal price to 2 dollars only,bid/win just cost
1 dollar for renewal!now is winter for domains market in china.if donuts lose in the first year and
first step.how to talk about future? high price with few registration quantity,how could registry
make profit?
2、without input of investors,end users could not feed registry enough and well
at least in the first several years for new gtlds which have not been accepted by the maket yet.as
a matter of fact.chinese investors are the registry's partner essentially.if registry only cares about
himself,then risk would be taken by registry only.this is a very bad investment strategy.
3、chinese end-users (including overseas market)are used to standard price renewal.high primium renewal
would influence the end users to use.
this would prevent end users to be interested in new gtlds and motivation for new gtlds.if registry
does not give support to investors,then registry had to invest more money in the campaign、ads and
propaganda. the capital chain maybe ruptured one day in the future!
4、1000 suffixes competition,no advantage no survive
if there is no reasonable ballance for profit and risk.no one would be interested in the suffix.all
suffixes would be devaluated if no investment.besides,this is 1000 suffixes market instead of donuts
only.
5.china market is unique in the world,we do need action not promise
now donuts has 193 suffixes,but without powerful marketing strategy.no propaganda,no promotion,
dinosaur could die without changes!
we do hope director Anand could push the promotion programme come out earlier.or we would be thrown
away by markets!
