1： The first is unlocking the domain name so it can transfer to the new registrar.
2：The second thing you must do is get the auth code for the domain name, whch you will need to give to your new registrar to initiate the transfer. This is sometimes called an authorization code or EEP code by other registrars. Here are instructions on how to get your authorization code:
-Log into your Name.com account.
-Click Domains on the top left of the of the page and then click My Domains on the right.
-In the list of domains, click on the domain name you would like to transfer.
-In the Domain Details section, you will see Transfer Auth Code. Click Show Code to find the auth code for your domain name.
3：Once you have followed these steps, the domain name is eligible for transfer to the new registrar and the transfer should complete within five to seven days.
Next you will need to go to the new registrar and purchase the transfer. They will need the authorization code. Then you will need to approve the transfer. Once the transfer is approved, you may email us asking to expedite the transfer so that it will be faster.
