You should not worry.
In response to express demand from (customers of) one registrar, we have now provided that registrar with much lower year-round prices, and that registrar decides not to participate in promotions.
But there is no loss to existing customers and registrants of that registrar since this registrar gets the same pricing all year for renewals for more than one year (i.e .2+) as they would get in the promotional time.
Please don't hesitate to ask us for any assistance you need.
