Re: Unauthorized Use and Registration of <kelloggs.ren> and <kelloggs.pw> (the "Domain
Names")
RE:
<kelloggs.ren> and <kelloggs.pw>
Kellogg Company (“Kellogg”) has retained CSC Corporate Domains to serve as its corporate domain
name management representative. As you likely know, Kellogg is a global food products manufacturer
with an active worldwide digital media presence. Kellogg maintains distinct online presences for its most
prominent brands, including its KELLOGG’S brand. We are aware that you have registered the
<kelloggs.ren> and <kelloggs.pw> domain names and we’re contacting you to secure the transfer of
those domains to Kellogg, the rightful owner.
In addition to the extensive goodwill the KELLOGG’S brand has acquired, Kellogg owns multiple
relevant trademark registrations for the KELLOGG’S trademark, including:
(a) Chinese Trademark Reg. No. 754673 for the mark, KELLOGG’S,
(b) Chinese Trademark Reg. No. 754674 for the mark KELLOGG’S,
(c) U.S. Trademark Reg. No. 0115348 for the mark, KELLOGG’S,
(d) U.S. Trademark Reg. No. 0147454 for the mark, KELLOGG’S.
In light of Kellogg’s established ownership of and equity in the KELLOGG’S brand, your ownership and
use of the Domain Names is likely to cause confusion among consumers, create the false impression of an
affiliation between you and Kellogg or otherwise dilute the strength and value of Kellogg’s famous
KELLOGG’S brand.
We believe the current circumstances lead to the conclusion that the Domain
Names have been registered in bad faith pursuant to paragraph 4 of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute
Resolution Policy ("UDRP"), adopted by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers
("ICANN") which provides, in part, that bad faith registration arises when:
"by using the domain name, you have intentionally attempted to attract,
for commercial gain, Internet users to your web site or other on-line
location, by creating a likelihood of confusion with the complainant's
mark as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your
web site or location or of a product or service on your web site or
location.”

Kellogg prefers to handle this matter quickly and amicably without the need for adversarial proceedings.
Accordingly, we ask that you immediately transfer the Domain Names and any other domain names you
own or control that are confusingly similar to the KELLOGG’S brand and agree to cease and desist from
adopting, registering or owning any other such domain names in the future. Kellogg also prefers to
resolve any other potential domain name disputes it may have with you now in order to provide future
certainty. Accordingly, please also inform us if you have registered any other domain names confusingly
similar to any Kellogg brand name so that we may address them, too.
